How it works

Daily living support is usually funded from the Core supports: Assistance with daily life part of your NDIS plan. We’ll check your plan with you before anything starts.

  • Support from a few hours a week up to daily visits
  • 24-hour support available for existing participants
  • The same small team of workers, matched to you
  • Prices follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements

7:30 amHelp with showering and getting ready, at your pace.
8:15 amBreakfast together and a check of the day’s plans.

Common questions

Can I choose my support worker?

Yes. We introduce you to workers who suit you, and you can ask for a change at any time.

What if I need a female or male worker?

Just tell us. We’ll respect your preferences for gender, language and culture wherever we can.

How quickly can support start?

Often within days of our first meeting, depending on your needs.

Do you support people at night?

Yes. Existing participants can access 24-hour support, including overnight.
